Aide au développement des chaînes locales de Bretagne Hakim and Polo, two guys from a disadvantaged suburb of Rennes, in their thirties, are fed up with zoning out and multiplying odd jobs. Until one day, they come up with a brilliant idea: create a service company to solve the problems of the inhabitants of their housing estate, who have been abandoned by the state and left to fend for themselves.
Their specialty? Desperate cases.
Their trump card? System D.
Finally… system B. B for Banlieue.
